Michael McCloy is a very personable person and very easy to deal with. I phoned to make an appointment to meet and review the works required. Nothing was too much trouble and we quickly agreed the spec for the works required. Michael promised the works would be done within two weeks and he would call to arrange. Just over a week later he called and carried out the works over the Bank Holiday weekend. I am delighted with all aspects of Micheal’s work and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
